To prepare the COP 13, Conference of the parties about desertification issues, Working Group on Desertification -GTD (Groupe de Travail Désertification) produced a paper about United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD) stategy. This paper sum up the evolution of the 2008-2018 to 2018-203 strategy. This last one should be adopte during the COP13.
