The action Learning module consists of several components.
Principles and Approach
The document ‘Principles and Approach’ sets out the structure of the module, its main content elements, its organisation, and a proposed five-step process. It provides an overview of the preparations for implementing the Form’action programme within a local authority and specifies the various deliverables to be expected from its implementation. It suggests options for organising the fieldwork phases with the trained participants, covering both the definition of their objectives and their organisation.
Guidance Sheets
The second document, entitled ‘Guidances sheets’, brings together the sheets required for the successful delivery of this training module. It comprises all the ‘Content’ sheets that have been drafted, the ‘Case Studies’ sheets for each country, and the suggested ‘Facilitation’ sheets. This collection of worksheets can be used on an ad hoc basis to reinforce the various sections of the training module and is available to the trainer as required.
