As part of the Algerian Agriculture Sector Support Program (PASA) project, “women and young people, creators of value in the sectors”, 22 trainees from the Biskra region have just completed their training cycle. work-study training and obtain their Professional Qualification Certificate for the profession of phœniciculturist-climber. This training designed and organized by CARI was implemented in collaboration with the CFVA of Touggourt. CARI’s mission is not over for as much. It is now a matter of supporting the phoeniciculturists-climbers in a journey of creating service businesses for the palm grove. A minimum allocation of palm working equipment has been provided for each trainee, so that he can start his activity. In this action, CARI is developing a holistic action consisting of training young people, equipping them and installing them in their activity. action was financed by the European Union and German cooperation (GIZ).
